Scott Day
Scott Day is a Corporate Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of experience, including recruiting, leadership coaching, organizational design, training, compensation, DEI&B, and setting people / organizational strategies to meet business objectives. He has worked in rapid-growth Silicon Valley tech companies for 12+ years & is well networked. Scott is a former board member and chair for local YMCA in Federal Way, WA and involved in fundraising, strategic planning, board recruitment. Scott is active in veterans affairs, having served as an officer in the US Marine Corps, and leaving as a Captain after 5 years on active duty. He has a particular focus on helping junior military officers transition into careers in Silicon Valley tech companies. Scott is also a career mentor for professional women through Women Unlimited, a professional development company for mid-career females. In his free time, Scott plays bass guitar in a rock & roll cover band called The Wood (available for fundraisers etc!)

Suzanne Gibbs
Suzanne has over ten years of experience in higher education as a former Associate Dean of Students, and two years in her own consulting business helping clients with higher education products or services. She received her B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Richmond (Virginia) and her M.Ed. in counseling psychology and higher education administration from James Madison University. She is a full time Mom of two. She has been actively involved in her children's schools, serving as Co-President of the Board of St. Paul’s Nursery School and on the boards of Little Wonders and The Carey School.Suzanne and her kids enjoy golf and travel, and spend as much time in national parks as possible.

Amy Radovich
Amy is excited to be a part of PSB’s Board. She is the proud parent of two lovely and lively boys. She previously worked for the investigative arm of the U.S. Congress, specializing in federal budgeting, agency strategic planning, and internal control standards. More recently, as a board member of Common Ground, she helped bring distinguished speakers on parenting, education, and health to schools on the Peninsula. She serves as a court-appointed advocate for juvenile justice-involved youth in San Mateo County. Amy earned her Masters in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Eve Glatt
Eve has worked in the finance industry in New York for over 25 years, most recently managing US, global and international equity portfolios for firms including Swiss Private Bank UBP, New York Life’s Cornerstone Capital, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and GE Asset Management. Eve began her career at Ernst & Young in San Francisco and worked as an equity research analyst at Merrill Lynch prior to working in asset management. She received her BA in History from UCLA and has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Eve is a CPA (inactive) in the State of California. In addition to her professional roles, Eve served on the Board of Directors for the UCLA Alumni Association, was treasurer of her co-op board in New York City and for the last two years, served as co-treasurer for her son’s middle school’s parent association, the Center School in New York City. Eve and her family recently relocated to the Bay Area and the older of her two boys is attending PSB in the fall. Eve can often be found behind a potter's wheel, running, and traveling.
Pam Baker
Pam considers herself a connector of people and ideas. She spent more than 20 years in healthcare at companies big and small and across biotech, pharmaceuticals, digital health, diagnostics and consulting. She created Journeous, an organization dedicated to helping young adults align their interests, skills and values with career decisions. Most recently Pam founded the Women's Coaching Alliance whose mission is to engage more young women to coach recreational sports while providing them with training and mentorship and insights into the connection between coaching and leading. She works with Haas' Career Management Group providing interview, career decision making and resume support to business school students and often serves as an informal mentor to young women. Pam is a solo parent of 14 year old twin daughters and a strong advocate for women's leadership, as a member of the International Women's Forum and of How Women Lead. She is at home road biking, reading a great book, cooking or playing games and watching movies with her daughters. Originally from New Jersey, Pam received her BA in Political Science and Asian Studies from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in International Management from Thunderbird.
Rakiya Brown
Rakiya is a Partner Success Manager at TeachFX -- an ed-tech startup using AI to provide personalized feedback to teachers across the country. Prior to joining TeachFX, Rakiya served as the Director of Enrollment Management at Hillbrook School and the Director of Admission at The Girls’ Middle School. Before moving to California, she taught Kindergarten at Gilman, an all-boys school in Baltimore, MD. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Bowdoin College and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Hollins University.
Rick Clarke
Rick graduated from UC Berkeley, and went on to do graduate work at USF Law and Cal State Hayward [History]. He began teaching in San Francisco Unified School District, and was Associate Director of the Law in a Free Society project of UCLA and the State Bar Association in charge of teacher education throughout California and in 35 other States. At Marin Academy in San Rafael, he served as teacher, Class Dean, and Academic Dean. He was Upper School Director at SF Day School before moving to St Mary’s College High School in Berkeley as Principal, bringing girls to what had previously been all-boys for 135 years. He was selected as Head of School at Redwood Day School in Oakland for eight years, and spent one year at St Stephens Episcopal School in San Jose, before becoming Head of School at Annie Wright School in Tacoma, WA for four years. Rick retired in 2010, and he loves photography and to travel the world to experience new cultures.

JJ Elliott
JJ is a Copywriter/Creative Director with over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing. She worked at agencies in Los Angeles and San Francisco until 2011, when she made the switch to freelance life. During her career, she has worked with clients such as Apple, Google, Visa, Virgin America, SMBC, Cisco and Salesforce. She is a mother to two kids and two bulldogs. JJ has continued to be very active in her kids' schools at UMC Nursery School, Baywood Elementary and The Girls Middle School—chairing auctions and talent shows for years. When she isn't writing for clients or for fun, she loves to read, play tennis, travel, and putter while listening to podcasts.

Teri Handelman
Teri has been in the field of education for 20+ years and has a passion for engaging students to find the joy of learning. She taught at The Punahou School in Hawaii, Prospect Sierra in the East Bay, and The Julia Morgan School for Girls (JMSG) in Oakland. Teri was a founding teacher at JMSG, an all girls middle school, where she taught math and financial literacy for nearly 10 years. She is a pioneer in teaching financial literacy, having written the financial literacy curriculum for the BizWorld Foundation that now teaches it worldwide. Along with being a full time Mom, Teri was an active member of the PTA at the Washington Elementary School in Burlingame, serving as Vice President, and continues to teach math and financial literacy in an after-school program at the Carey School. Teri holds a B.A. from UC Berkley and a Masters in Education from Chaminade. When not focused on education, Teri can be found seated at the piano pursuing her love of music, attending to her 3-year old French Bulldog Sage, or planning her next trip.
Nanci Kauffman
Nanci Kauffman is Castilleja's sixth Head of School. Prior to becoming Head on July 1, 2010, Nanci served as Associate Head of School and Dean of Faculty. A veteran teacher and administrator, Nanci has worked almost exclusively at all-girls schools. At Castilleja, she taught in the History and Social Sciences department for seven years, and served as the interim Middle School Head for a semester. She currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), Wagner College in New York City and the Peninsula Bridge organization in San Mateo. Originally from New York, Nanci has lived in the Bay Area since 1997. Nanci enjoys travel, concerts, theatre, tennis and golf.
Sameer Khedekar
Sameer Khedekar has been a business immigration lawyer for almost twenty years and is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Banyan Immigration, a global immigration law firm. He was recently named one of the Top 20 Business Immigration Lawyers in the Nation by HR Executive Magazine. Sameer is the husband of a talented legal operations executive, and father of two boys (one of whom was in the school’s pioneer class) and of two 90-lb Labradoodle brothers. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, coaching PSB’s football and basketball teams, and spending time with his family.
Natasha Salins
Natasha is Chief Compliance Officer at Angel Island Capital Management, LLC and Pluribus Labs, LLC, both subsidiaries of Golden Gate Capital. Previously, she provided proactive legal and regulatory compliance support services to SEC registered investment advisers, private funds, commodity pool operators and other innovative organizations. Natasha also served as chief compliance officer and general counsel to Coastland Capital LLC, an asset management firm specializing in relative value investing across credit, equity and volatility. Earlier in her career, she was Director and Chief Compliance Officer at Wells Fargo Securities LLC. She earned a BS in criminal justice from St. John’s University and a JD from the City University of New York School of Law.
Evan Tato
Evan joined the PSB board because of the school’s founding ambition to actively question and reimagine what it means to be a young man today. He enjoys the work because the PSB mindset is rooted in creativity, risk-taking, and first principles thinking. Evan's professional background is a 20 year investing career focused on tech. He graduated from Miami University and Stanford. Evan and his family live on the Peninsula, but all of his favorite restaurants and sports franchises are in Cincinnati.
